அறிமுகம்

Career with Ethics என்பது ஈரோடு விஷ்ணுபுரம் இலக்கிய வட்டத்தால் நடத்தப்படும் ஒரு திறன் மேம்பாட்டு கல்வித் தொடராகும். இதில் கல்வித்துறையைச் சார்ந்த வல்லுநர்கள், ஒரு ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் (IAS) அதிகாரி, கார்ப்பரேட் நிறுவன நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனங்களைச் சார்ந்த நிபுணர்களைக் கொண்ட ஒரு சிறப்புக் குழுவால் நடத்தப்படவுள்ளது. ஆறு மாதத்தில் சுமார் 15 வகுப்புகள் நேரடி வகுப்புகளாக கல்லூரிகளில் நடைபெறுகிறது. தீவிரமான மற்றும் கடுமையான பயிற்சிக்கு தங்களை உட்படுத்திக்கொள்ளத் தயாராக உள்ள மாணவர்களிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் வரவேற்கப்பட்டு அதில் 450 பேர் நுழைவுத் தேர்வு எழுதி 95 பேர் தேர்வாகி உள்ளார்கள். இவர்களுக்கு இரண்டு மையங்களில் 2026 பெப்ரவரி இறுதி முதல் வகுப்புகள் தொடங்கி நடந்து வருகிறது. 

பங்கேற்பாளர்களின் தொழில்முறைத் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துதல், அதிக ஊதியத்துடன் கூடிய வேலைவாய்ப்புகளுக்கு அவர்களைத் தயார்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் பணிவாழ்வு முழுவதும் அறம் சார்ந்த விழுமியங்களைக் கடைப்பிடிக்க அவர்களைத் தகுதிப்படுத்துதல் ஆகியவை இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கங்களாகும். 

எங்களது சான்றிதழ் பெற்ற மாணவர்களைக் கூடுதல் சம்பளத்தில் பணிக்கு அமர்த்தப் பல நிறுவனங்கள் ஆர்வம் தெரிவித்துள்ளன. இந்நிறுவனங்கள், பயிற்சி காலத்தின் போதும், படிப்பு வெற்றிகரமாக முடிந்த பிறகும் இந்த மாணவர்களை மட்டும் நேர்காணல்கள் செய்யும்.

தேர்வு செய்த முறை:

மாணவர்களின் நடப்பு நிகழ்வுகள் குறித்த அறிதல், அடிப்படை கல்வி அறிவு மற்றும் பகுப்பாய்வுத் திறன்களை மதிப்பிடும் வகையில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்ட நுழைவுத் தேர்வு மூலம் மாணவர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்கள். இத்தேர்வு சரியானவற்றை தேர்வு செய் மற்றும் விரிவாக விடையளி இரண்டு வகையான கேள்விகளும் உள்ளடங்கி 90 நிமிடங்கள் நடைபெற்றது.  

செயல்திட்டம்:

கல்வித் தொடர் தொடங்குவதற்கு முன்னதாக, தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கு இதன் செயல்முறை, மதிப்பீட்டு முறைகள் மற்றும் எதிர்கால வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் குறித்த விரிவான கண்ணோட்டத்தை வழங்க ஒரு அறிமுக வகுப்பு நடத்தப்பட்டது. பின்னர், மாணவர்கள் Learning Management System – LMS இல் சேர்க்கப்படுவார்கள். இந்த டிஜிட்டல் தளத்தில் அனைத்து 15 வகுப்புகளிலும் மாணவர்களின் பங்கேற்பு மற்றும் கற்றல் முன்னேற்றம், செயல்முறைத் திட்டத்தில் அவர்களின் செயல்பாடு ஆகியவற்றைக் கண்காணிப்பதோடு, அவர்களுக்கென ஒரு தன்விவர(Profile) பக்கமும் அளிக்கப்படும்.  

பாடத்திட்டம்:

இப்படிப்பு பல்வேறு துறை சார்ந்த 15 வகுப்புகள் கொண்டது. ஒவ்வொரு தலைப்பும் அந்தந்த துறைசார் வல்லுநர்களால் நடத்தப்படும். ஒவ்வொரு தலைப்பும் மூன்று கட்டங்களாகக் கட்டமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது: ஆயத்தக் கட்டம், வகுப்பறைப் பயிற்சி மற்றும் அமர்வுக்குப் பிந்தைய மதிப்பீட்டுத் கட்டம்.

• ஆயத்தக் கட்டம்: இது வீட்டில் இருந்தே கற்கும் முறையாகும். இதற்குச் சுமார் ஒன்று முதல் இரண்டு மணி நேரம் தேவைப்படும். மாணவர்கள் வகுப்பறை அமர்வில் கலந்துகொள்வதற்கு முன்பு, பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட அறிமுகக் குறிப்புகளைப் படிக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட பணிகளை முடிக்க வேண்டும்.

• வகுப்பறைப் பயிற்சி: இது நேரடிப் பயிற்சியாகும். ஒவ்வொரு அமர்வும் வழக்கமான கல்லூரி நேரங்களில், கல்லூரி வளாகத்திற்குள் இரண்டு மணி நேரம் நடைபெறும்.

• அமர்வுக்குப் பிந்தைய மதிப்பீடு: வகுப்பறை அமர்வுக்குப் பிறகு, LMS மூலம் ஆன்லைனில் மதிப்பீடு நடத்தப்படும். இது மாணவர்களின் புரிதல் மற்றும் நினைவாற்றலைச் சோதிக்கும். இதற்குச் சுமார் ஒன்று முதல் இரண்டு மணி நேரம் தேவைப்படும். அதன்படி, ஒவ்வொரு வகுப்பிற்கும் ஒரு மாணவர் சுமார் ஐந்து முதல் ஆறு மணி நேரம் நேரடி முயற்சியைச் செலுத்த வேண்டியிருக்கும்.

படிப்பின் போது, மாணவர்கள் மூன்றிலிருந்து ஐந்து பேர் கொண்ட குழுக்களாகப் பிரிக்கப்படுவார்கள். ஒவ்வொரு குழுவும் குறிப்பிட்ட காலக்கெடுவுக்குள் முடிக்க வேண்டிய ஒரு கள ஆய்வுத் திட்டத்தை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

மதிப்பீடு:

மாணவர்கள் ஈடுபாட்டுடன் பங்கேற்று, பாடத் திட்டத்தின் அனைத்து கற்றல் கூறுகளையும் முறையாக முடிப்பதன் மூலம், முழுமையான அறிவு மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புத் திறன்களைப் பெறும் வகையில் இத்திட்டம் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. படிப்பை வெற்றிகரமாக முடிக்கும்போது, LMS மூலம் கண்காணிக்கப்பட்ட தனிப்பட்ட செயல்பாட்டின் அடிப்படையில், ஒவ்வொரு மாணவருக்கும் தரமதிப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்ட தனிப்பயனாக்கப்பட்ட நிறைவுச் சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படும்.

சில நிறுவனங்கள், இந்த கல்வித் தொடர் நடைபெறும் போதும், முடிந்த பின்னரும் மாணவர்களிடம் நேர்காணல்களை நடத்தும். ஒட்டுமொத்த தகுதியின் அடிப்படையில் அவர்களுக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
